Your plan is set

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Follow the plans God has prepared for you, as it will lead you to a hopeful and prosperous future.  Inevitability, there are times when we become doubtful about the plans he has set for us, however, don’t let it distract you from reaching and fulfilling them.  His wonderful plans have already been set, and there is nothing you can do to change God’s plan for your life, as his mind was set from the beginning.

However, we are the ones who need to stay on his spiritual track to see his plans flourish in our lives. When these plans don't become a reality, it is not because he has changed his mind, no, but, because we have become indifferent with him.  He cannot fulfill his part without us fulfilling our portion in his promises which is to continuously walk in his path of righteousness.

Nothing surprises God.  Everything good we experience is not by mere chance, but the very blessings and promises he had designed for us from the beginning.  We accomplish what God has set before us…we soar in excellence because of his blessings and promises…everything good that we experience is due to his merciful gracious love.

Apart from Him we can do nothing

There is nothing good stored in our hearts apart from God for our selfish acts testifies to it.  However, because of God’s gracious unfailing love, He has abundantly poured his grace of undeserved kindness upon our lives by providing the only solution to revive us back to life, that is, to the spiritual life we had lost in the very beginning.  Yes, His precious sacrificial Word of life restored all that was lost back to its original state.  Although, we are still in the progression stage, our hearts rejoice for the freedom that has been bestowed upon us.  We no longer live for self but for the Sovereign God who has redeemed us from all condemnation.  For our thoughts and ways are not driven by the world but by the very Word of God.  His statues are carved within our hearts constantly reminding us that there is nothing that can ever take us back to that dark place of misery and despair.  Thanks to Jesus we are being transformed into his likeness.

Strengthen your faith in Him, run with his words in your heart, never departing from it.  Don’t give up for our hope rests solely in Him.  Amen!

During Adversity He is still in control

Isaiah 42: Thus says God the LordWho created the heavens and stretched them out,Who spread forth the earth and that which comes from it,Who gives breath to the people on it, And spirit to those who walk on it: “I, the Lord, have called You in righteousness, And will hold Your hand; I will keep You. am the Lord, that is My name; And My glory I will not give to another, Nor My praise to carved images. Behold, the former things have come to pass, And new things I declare; Before they spring forth I tell you of them.”

When things just don’t work out, Praise God for it.  He is protecting you from harms way.  Don’t ponder over things that could have been, but delight in the spiritual things of God.  Believe that He has an incredible plan for your life, therefore, don’t settle for anything less when He has the best outcome for you.  We don’t like adversity, however, at times it is necessary and needed to help us grow stronger in faith and bring us closer to Him.

Remember, that we are walking through His plan for our lives while simultaneously fulfilling it. At times the circumstances and situations we face are part of the plan, however, it will not triumph, it will not prosper for He will work it for good to bring Him glory.

Jesus knew that the plan God had for Him would led Him to suffer a painful death, however, He loved us so much that it did not stop Him.

Don’t give up!  Instead seek the kingdom of God first and all things will be added unto you.  Don’t sit there expecting a miracle to fix your situation, no, while you wait upon the Lord’s blessing move towards the target.  Don’t sit and complain of what could have been…Don’t let the enemy/situation rob you of all the good opportunities God has planned for you.

It is not over until God says it is over for He is always in full control.

Repentance of our sins

Mark 1:14-15 Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.”

Repenting of our sins leads to eternal life, a perfect eternal life with your Creator, God.

We, as a nation, have failed God in so many ways, and he has been exceedingly patient with us all.  Because of his grace, we have the freedom to choose to live for him or for the evil one.  God greatly desires that we accept his plan of salvation in order for us to be reconciled back to our original state through the death of his son, Jesus Christ.

We have to acknowledge that living our lives without the repentance of our sins is displeasing to Him.  Yes, he loves us immensely, however, he does not approve of our sinful behaviors, and therefore, will not commune with us until we turn (repent) from our sinful ways.

We are fortunate to have good outcomes in our lives because of his grace, otherwise, without his gift of grace we would be in ruins.

Now, this is what the bible says about people who have not accepted the Lord, Jesus Christ in their lives nor repented of their sins.  In other words there are still those who live godless lives:

Ephesians 4:17-24

The Old Life and the New Life

17 As a follower of the Lord, I order you to stop living like godless people. 18 Their minds are in the dark, and they are stubborn and ignorant and have missed out on the life that comes from God. They no longer have any feelings about what is right, 19 and they are so greedy that they do all kinds of indecent things.
20-21 But that isn’t what you were taught about Jesus Christ. He is the truth, and you heard about him and learned about him. 22 You were told that your foolish desires will destroy you and that you must give up your old way of life with all its bad habits. 23 Let the Spirit change your way of thinking 24 and make you into a new person. You were created to be like God, and so you must please him and be truly holy.

The word of God will never change no matter what we think.  But I promise you that his word will change your destination if you were to repent and believe it.  God is patiently waiting for you to make the right decision.  Amen!

Righteousness is before us

Psalm 85:13 Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.

It is through our Lord, Jesus Christ, that we are full of righteousness before our God.  There is nothing you can do to make yourself right before God for he said, there is none, no not one that is good, for all have fallen short of my glory.

However, Let us THANK the sacrificial Lamb of God, who has given us eternal life, who has given us the Holy Spirit, who has given us the opportunity to become a child of the Most High.

Yes, Christ's righteousness is before us all the days of our lives.  His righteousness has made us perfect in the eyes of God and has written our names in the book of Life.

God is always with us, before us, guiding us, teaching us, loving us.  Yes, God is with you all the time.  Amen!

Worthy are You, Lord

You are worthy of all the glory, honor, and praise.

Thank you Lord for revealing your truth to us every single day. We were created in your image and likeness to glorify you in all our ways.

Lord, remove everything that displeases you from our hearts, and release all your blessings upon our lives for you are our joy and happiness.

Lord, we ask that you comfort those whose hearts are full of hurt and resentment.  Let them experience your saving hand. Save them from all their troubles, and supply them with your unfailing love. We cannot thank you enough for being so lovingly, graciously kind and sensitive to all our needs.

Thank you for who you are.
Thank you for your unfailing love.
Thank you for your faithfulness.
Thank you for your salvation, and mostly,
Thank you for choosing and loving us first.
Thank you for all you have done and are doing in our lives.

We love you, Lord.
